Central Office for South Vietnam Base is the historical relic of special National Relic ranking according to Decision No. 548/QD-TTg dated May 10^th, 2012 by the Prime Minister, and consists of: Central Office for South Vietnam Base Relic, South Vietnam Liberation Front Relic and Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam Relic.

The relic is located at Rum Duon, Tan Tien hamlet, Tan Lap commune, Tan Bien district, Tay Ninh province and about 60 km away from Tay Ninh city.
